What is Opti-Allocate?

• Farms, fields, and cropzones created.
• Soil test layer with data
• Determine if you will use a calculator pre-loaded in Field360 Studio or if you will upload a user-created calculator.
• A nutrient recommendation layer created.

Answer:

Opti-Allocate is the feature that optimizes fertilizer application to areas of greatest projected revenue as the top priority.  To utilize this feature, you must enter the commodity being harvested, a yield goal, and the price per unit of the field. When you check the Opti-Allocate box, the algorithm checks to ensure that all requirements are met. If not, a warning message displays and identifies the requirements that have not been met. You will need to provide missing information to take advantage of this budget-minded approach.
