What is the difference between an RX Yield Target and a Zone Yield Goal?
This article will explain the difference between Rx Yield Target and Zone Yield Goal.
- Field enrolled in the Premium Nitrogen Service.
- Yield Goal set.
- Nitrogen Template applied to the field.
- Nitrogen Rx ran.
- Nitrogen simulation ran.
When looking at either the VT/R1 Map, RX Map, or Current Levels Map and selecting a zone, on the right hand side a window appears.
The difference between the Rx Yield Target and Zone Yield Goal is the Zone Yield Goal shows the current yield goal on the field. The Rx Yield Target shows the yield target placed on the field at the time the Nitrogen Rx was created.
An example would be if you created an Rx with a 200 bu Yield Target. Then after the Rx is ran you decided to change your Yield Goal to 220 bu. The Rx Yield Target would show 200 bu and the Zone Yield Goal would show 220.
