Introducing Granular Agronomy + Nitrogen
CSA Release Notes - Introducing Granular Agronomy + Nitrogen
Now access the new Granular Agronomy + Nitrogen (GA+N), which increases your workflow efficiency and enables closer customer collaboration all from one web-based solution. Instead of spending hours managing customers’ Nitrogen applications field by field, the new GA+N simplifies your work and reduces the time spent servicing customers through one intuitive web-interface powered by bulk actions.
The new GA+N is the first step in a larger product roadmap to integrate your seeding, fertility, and nitrogen workflows in one unified Granular solution. Additional GA+N features will be released in advance of the 2021 growing season.
What benefits are included in the new GA+N?
View your fields and events all in one place.
Quickly view and access all of your customers’ planting and application events field-by-field from a single screen, so you can get a holistic view of your customer’s field plan throughout the growing season. Learn how to navigate the field list.
Create and edit custom decision zones through a simplified web-interface Rather than working across multiple applications, you can now create and edit custom decision zones from the GA+N web interface. Furthermore, you now have more control to customize decision zones by selecting which crop years will inform your multi-year yield analysis. Learn how to create and edit zones.
Set and edit field details in bulk
Set and edit field details, including yield goals, soil depth, previous crop type, and drain tile at once across multiple fields. Learn how to edit field details.
Add and edit nitrogen and planting events in bulk
View the field-level season chart and VT/R1 map
Access the field-level season chart and the VRT/RI map to view simulation results, view zone details, and run new simulations. Learn how to view the season chart and run new simulations.
Select fields and export nitrogen recommendations to an email address or download directly to your computer for a specific machine type or monitor. Learn how to export recommendations.
Better collaborate with customers with the advisor role
The advisor role gives you control over view and edit access to the Agronomy workflows for all members within a Granular Insights operation while protecting your customer’s data privacy. Learn more about setting GA+N roles and permissions.
Improved data flow between Granular & Corteva tools
Granular and Corteva Fields now share a two-way data connection, allowing you to upload data once and keep it consistent across both platforms.
The following data will sync across both platforms once opted-in to the connection:
- Field operations data (planting, harvest, application data)
- Farm and boundary additions, edits, and deletions
