Granular Nitrogen Product RX Import Into Field360 Studio for Reporting

Overview: 

How to export Granular Nitrogen recommendations out of Insights and bring them into Field360 Studio to generate product recommendation maps and summary reports.

Prerequisites: 

• Variable-rate nitrogen prescription created and exported from Granular Nitrogen in generic shapefile format. 

Procedure: 

In Field360 Studio:

1. Click on Layers>>Layer Import 
2. Change the Layer Type to Product Recommendation
3. Click Add File or Add Folder (if uploading more than one shapefile) and point it at the location where your shapefile or shapefiles are located on your computer or drive
4. Enter a Layer Name (Example:  Nitrogen RX 2022)
5. Click on Add "Map To" Attribute
   1. Enter the product name into the Name field.  Note:  This must match exactly what you have setup for the "Product" name in Setup>>Fertilizers (How to Add Fertilizers)
   2. Data Use = ProductRate
   3. Decimals = can set to 0 if so desired
   4. Unit = pound/acre or whatever UoM it should be set to
   5. Click OK
6. Click on the Map To option and select the option you just setup in Step 5
7. Option:  You can click on Save As to save this as a future template
8. Click Upload
9. Click on a level (Operation/Farm/Field) in the Domain Tree and click on File>>Print>>Report Books 
10. Click the on the <<<New Report Book >>> option
11. Click on the Field tab
12. Double-click on the Product Recommendation Map & Product Recommendation Summary reports to select them
13. Click on Run and Click OK
14. From the report, you can click   to save the report to you computer or click to print the report
